Helpful Information for Your Stay

We want your visit to Sun Cove to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Here are a few important details to keep in mind while planning your stay:

Flexible Reservation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking (non-refundable).

  • The full balance is due 14 days prior to check-in; however, the resort may choose to collect payment upon your arrival.

  • We understand that plans can change! If you need to adjust your dates, you can easily move your reservation to another date within the same season—just let us know at least two weeks before your original check-in date (subject to availability).

  • Please note, once your reservation is confirmed, it cannot be moved within 14 days of your scheduled arrival.

  • Refunds are available only in the event of a Level 2 or higher evacuation notice at the resort.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Late check-ins available with prior arrangements).

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

Housekeeping
To maintain a peaceful, retreat-like environment, daily housekeeping is unavailable. For extended stays (over one week), linens will be refreshed weekly.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations
We love welcoming your furry friends!

  • Fees: $20 per night for the first pet and $10 per night for a second pet (up to two pets per cabin).

  • Guidelines: Pets must remain on a leash, avoid furniture, and their owners are responsible for cleanup.

Lakeside Fun
Guests are welcome to enjoy our water activities at their own risk. Remember to wear life jackets when using boats or waterpark features for your safety.

Safety First
Our resort speed limit is 5 mph to keep everyone safe. Keep an eye on kids around the lake, docks, and natural terrain.

Fire Safety

  • Enjoy a cozy, nightly campfire at our lakeside patio, where we provide a safe space for guests to gather and relax by the fire.

  • Only gas barbecues and gas firepits are allowed and may be used exclusively in designated areas.

  • Other open flames, including charcoal grills are strictly prohibited on resort property.
